Jesper is Managing Partner at Amrop Global Executive Search. In addition, he is on the board of Amrop. Jesper was previously group managing director at Kohberg Bakery Group A/S and managing director at Telia Danmark and Thorn Denmark. He has previosly been member of 15 boards.

Kim Elfving has been a Shareholder's Representative since 2003.

Kurt Bligaard Pedersen has been a Shareholder's Representative since 2014 and is also chairman of Jyske Bank’s Group Supervisory Board.

Kurt Bligaard Pedersen is Director of Bligaard Consult. He was in the period 2014-2020 the CEO of Gazprom Marketing & Trading Retail Limited Ltd. Over the years, 2002-2012, Kurt was the CEO of DONG Energy A/S after having been the CEO of Falck Danmark A/S in 2000-2001. From 1997-2000, Kurt was CFO at the City of Copenhagen after having headed its finance administration over the period 1994-1997. Moreover, he headed a division in the Danish Ministry of Finance during the years 1992-1994 and he was a consultant for the Social Democratic parliamentary group in the period 1988-1992.

Lars Andersen has been a Shareholder's Representative since 2025.
